Return Policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Therefore, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items not permitted for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with evident signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale or Promotional Items (if applicable) Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@socialmediamastery.com and send your item to: ISLINGTON SUITE 1543, 275 NEW NORTH ROAD, LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, N1 7AA.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave it to you had the order shipped to themselves with the intention of giving it to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will be informed of your return.
